In the past couple of weeks, there have been two instances of bike stripping while running Co-Learnings at co-up.
In one instance, someone has had their brakes stolen (particularly nasty), in the other, the thieves put glue in the U-Lock, preventing the attendee from taking his bike home. When he came back with tools to free his bike, this is what he found:
Please: Either take your precious bikes upstairs or lock it on the sidewalk, where any stripping business will be noticed.
Co-Up are aware and as concerned as we are of all this happening, but unfortunately they can’t do much.
