New here, how do I start coaching?

Hello to the OpenTech Schoolers

My name is Jean-Michel
I want to help driven junior developers to become good programmers faster.

I would be interested in giving coaching sessions / workshops in areas
that range from technical stuff like learning Kotlin or Testing
to soft but super important skills like helping for the job interview/search/salary negociation.

How can I get started organizing something in those area?

Thank you for the post. It is a good initiative and nice thought. I suggest you can come to the Open Tech School (OTS) Web-Frontend Co-learning to discuss further. Please tell us when you are coming so we can organise other OTS members to join on that day for the discussion.
