This year’s General Assembly wasn’t too successful in terms of turnout, and 2015 featured this proposed amendment to the charter:
Ein ordentliches Mitglied kann sich durch ein anderes stimmberechtigtes Mitglied durch Vollmacht in Textform vertreten lassen.
Dabei ist die Zahl von Vollmachten, die ein Mitglied auf sich vereinen kann, nicht beschränkt.
tl;dr: Every member can have another member vote for them; there’s no limit how many members a single person can represent, they just need textual proof.
It was struck down without further notes. I think it would be a useful instrument to get GAs quorate. What do others think?
